•Conducting HR interviews with the candidates and short listing candidates for the final interview with the hiring managers at retail level.
•MIS – All recruitment related MIS database must be maintained systematically
•Continuously monitor the vacancy need for the organization and participate in manpower planning and accordingly develop and execute recruiting plans and at times also involved into creating the job description and job specification.
•Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Research and recommend new channels for active and passive candidate recruiting. Also responsible for building up a pool of qualified resources by pro-active recruiting and social recruiting.
•Active internet researcher to achieve the objectives of the organization by:--Posting positions to appropriate Internet sources.--Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.--Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
•Take care of the verification/ Reference check, rolling out offer letter and other formalities before/after joining.
